Hello everyone!

So it's been a few months since the original release of the demo. It currently has a full English and Portuguese translations, and we're still working on Spanish and Russian at the moment. Now, for the update itself!

The Damien demo is doing well enough that I can consider it a success, and many of you have expressed interest in the full game, which I 100% appreciate! I'm continuing development, however, I've reached a snag.

I don't have the funding to go forward at the pace I would like.

For the depth that I want to go, I need to be able to work with a full team. I currently have a composer and artist, and a short-term programmer, but while I'm able to slowly keep putting things together for the next demo, it's not something I can keep up with long-term and I can only get things piecemeal because while my current team are very generous and eager to help, they need to be paid and I'm at a spot where I'm having trouble coming up with the money to move full-steam ahead.

The reason I'm telling you all this is NOT to say that the game is going to be discontinued - even if it takes years, I will eventually publish Yandere Love: Chains of Fate. But any help, any at all, would be SO appreciated.

I currently have a Patreon for the game, and even just $3 a month would be enough for me to start making bigger strides, because it's $3 I didn't have before to put towards the game. Anything you're willing to offer to help - and it doesn't necessarily need to be financial, ANYTHING, my friends, will help - I would greatly appreciate.

At the moment, there's a poll on my Patreon to vote on the next yandere demo. That is, which yandere demo is going to come out next. I've started on Zane's at the moment, but with your input, I can work on who everyone wants to see next. Rest assured that the demos are parts of the game, really the beginnings of each character's route, although I do plan to flesh them out a little more before the full game's release, so you won't want to skip the first chapter if you've already played the demo. 😉

Last but not least, to those of you who know and love yanderes, have familiarity with otome games, and have college-level skills of English writing and comprehension (although I'm certainly not looking for a degree or anything, lol if I'd gone to college I'd be a doctor, although I love this more even as a starving artist), I will be posting an unpaid/revshare post for a writer to help me out so I can flesh the game out to its fullest. I'm also looking for a programmer, so if you have ANY skill with Ren'py *and* Python, I'm looking for that, too!
